I’m very deliberate with my time now and I want relationships with folks who are outstanding individuals, oodles of fun, and who I can learn from (and hopefully they learn a thing or two from me).

Thank you for taking the time to respond, Mary. I just knew you’d have the wisest words.

“Follow you bliss…just not off a cliff.” The first part is, of course, Joseph Campbell and the second is my own addendum.

So when I was in the government ID predicament, the thought of being a freelance writer started looking practical. It’s always. ALWAYS. Always been a secret dream of mine, but I didn’t think I matched the Hollywood versions of being a writer. Lucky for me I’m finding out neither do any pro writers.

And I would be working a waitress job or a regular desk job now if they (doctors) would let me. I could cruise along into the permanent disability track they have me on…but I’m not ready for that. One of the reasons I signed up for Jon Morrow’s Guest Blogging Apprenticeship after stalking it for three years was to see if some of his chutzpah would rub off on me.

Adjusting to new meds now which force me to sleep…and sleep…and sleep. In fact, they are kicking in again now.

Thanks for your thoughtful response, Mary. PI? How exciting!
