It’s better to end with a word that has a real meaning.
This is new to me and makes perfect sense. Finish strong… The last word is the one that will linger in the reader’s mind.
You also mentioned it when you wrote about adjectives- save the best for last.

About herbal remedies- yours suggestions are great. I thought about it again though, and I think I shouldn’t include them. When I think about my ideal readers, I can tell many of them don’t know anything about herbs. If I mention them, it might prevent readers from clicking through. Not mentioning them also raises more curiosity- readers want to click through to find out how to overcome mood swings.
I think stating the benefit alone, without the means to achieving it, can be stronger for those reasons. Am I right?
