Great topic for your headline! I like the first and the second. One thing to consider is whether Sarah is more attracted by negative or positive headlines.
“The cold truth” implies something negative in your post, and “wasting” definitely has a negative connotation. Does Sarah like to be told she’s wasting energy?
Posts about mistakes and warning signs (or other ways to indicate your reader might be screwing up) sound negative. Some blogs thrive on negative headlines (Unbounce for instance uses them a lot), but Copyblogger uses them rarely. Negative headlines can come across as harsher (but also tongue-in-cheek). What atmosphere would you like to create?
How to tap into the vibrant energy of summer to grow effortless
=> “grow effortlessly” is a little vague. You either have to make this more specific (e.g. “for personal growth”, “to replenish your energy”) or leave it off. It’s a great headline without it:
