That’s a lot of work in one go. Well done!
5. Discover the extraordinary ‘Hormone Diet’ improving health and wellbeing.
=> The weightloss sector is full of hype, and my feeling is that, to stand out, it would be better to avoid words like “extraordinary” because they’ve lost their meaning. What do you think?
3. Turbo charge your metabolism by correcting these 3 hormones.
=> I like this one, but would turn it into a “how to” and perhaps play with different words instead of “correcting”, e.g.: How to Turbocharge Your Metabolism By Balancing These 3 Hormones [or Harmonizing? Finetuning?]
I also like Jessica’s suggestion: Feeling fat? How to balance your hormones (and your weight). Her advice to focus on what your readers really are looking for is also spot-on.
On your second list, I like #1 and #12 best. Perhaps a combination + turn it into a “how to”:
How to Lose Fat, Feel Sexier, and Sleep Better WITHOUT Dieting
13. Sugar is Pure, White and Deadly, overcome cravings and live healthier.
=> You can turn this into a great how-to: How to Overcome Cravings and Live Healthier; or perhaps: How to Overcome Cravings, Get More Energy, and Feel Good
[cravings is a great power word – especially for your niche]
The words “how to” are really powerful because they indicate that your blog post will help people achieve something they crave. By using the “how to” template, you also force yourself to come up with a good benefit. Have a look at the list of popular posts at Copyblogger (look at the sidebar) – the vast majority of posts are how-to’s or lists. If you crack only these two templates, then you can write great headlines week in week out.
