I like Ben Settle’s: “How to Get Unlimited Ideas For Writing Emails”. I used to get his e-mails, but got a little tired after a while. I even have his email book, which is pretty good.
Isn’t it amazing how many good headlines are lists or how-to’s?
I really recommend you to use Evernote to build a swipe file (if you’re not doing this already). I don’t use all the Evernote features – I’m not a good organizer, but it’s really useful to for keeping a swipe file. I’ve written more about it here:

You’ve composed a good set of headlines. The one I like best is How to Swear Without Sounding Like An A$$hole because it uses two strong power words and I feel the benefit is clearest.
A contrasting pair of words like “enchanting” and “swearing” can often work well, but I’m not sure it sounds quite believable in this case. Can you really enchant someone by swearing?
I also like a “Gentleman’s Guide to Cussing”, but it feels something is missing there. I’d say that “keeping it classy” at the beginning of your headline isn’t specific enough – Poetic Profanity might be better – that would probably suit a “Art of Manliness” type reader.
Looking forward to reading your post 🙂
