And yes, we do say snoezelen in Hebrew, but the general public doesn’t know the term. It came from snuffelen+doezelen and nowadays considered a trademark of Rompa (a company that makes equipment for these rooms). In English it’s also called snoezelen, but the approach is also referred to as MSE- multi-sensory environment.
As for the mailing list- I did just that a few weeks ago! I saw it in mailing lists I signed up for and borrowed the idea- just like you suggested in the pre-course materials 🙂 Happy to know it was a good step to take.
