Jonathan Morrow’s post and your explanation was great. Also his touching story. I am sure you know James Altucher. He also suggests to “bleed in the first line”. And Arianna Huffington actually bleeds in the blurb of her book “Thrive”. – these just came to my mind about first paragraphs as I read Jonathan’s post.
This is my revised final paragraph from yesterday! how do you like it?
Next time your boss wants to run a contest, sweepstakes or giveaway, you will know what to do.
Understand what he wants, translate it to your marketing, and decide what should be the purpose of the contest.
Once you know what you want, all the rest will come naturally.
You are about to make the first move to your new customers.
Arise their attention.
Sweep them off their feet.
