I liked your headlines because I knew what the four elements are. I particularly liked the ancient connection and I would be motivated by your headlines to read the blog.
I liked #2 because I would like to know how the Greeks thought about the elements, so that would be a specific benefit to me, but maybe not to everyone.

#7: Same for solid connection to the Earth. So many folks seem adrift and want meaning in their life, so I think this would work well.
