How to protect your online footprint in just 15 minutes a month
I’m with Helga on this one. I like that it’s only 15 minutes a month as that sounds doable. And the headline is very specific. By the way, I also like the word safeguard – perhaps slightly stronger than protect?
4 precautions you must take to stay safe, sane and strong online
I also like this headline. Perhaps you want to add the word “simple” before precautions to give people the feel that this won’t be a lot of work.
You found a few great words as well – overzealous, whims, never-ending.
I think the simpler the better.
Good observation. People should be able to get what your post is about wihtout having to think. For instance, “How to beat social media managers at their own game and safeguard your online profiles” makes me think: well what’s the game I have to beat them at? It confuses me a little (but I might not be your ideal reader!). The simple and specific headlines are best.
Another lesson learnt: be clear on the content first, then write headlines!
You could also see it the other way around. By playing with your headline, you get ideas for even more great blog posts! You probably have a couple of blog posts you can write from this list 🙂
And safe travels to Baltimore! Are you traveling during the Easter weekend?
