Yes you got it right, that’s what it’s going to be about.
I gained a few pounds after getting married, my trousers became tighter and wanted to get back to my normal size.
I came across the book “Mindless Eating” which shows how you can use psychology to get yourself to eat less & healthier. After reading the book it changed the way I looked at eating food. Adopting the simple changes made my trousers fit again 🙂
