You know, all throughout this week while looking at headlines, I found out that many bloggers in my field don’t make an effort to state a benefit. I saw many posts just using the word “autistic”, thinking that’s enough.
Since we’re writing for knowledge-thirsty parents (with module 2 in mind…), many of these blogs get away with it. Many of these posts get lots of shares. Parents see the word “autistic”, which acts as a power word to draw them in.
So I had thoughts about it, and wanted to write a question here, but then it hit me: I’m here because I want to make the effort to enchant my readers. To do the best I can to help them- in a way that’s fun and engaging. I want them to read my posts not just because of one word that connects to their pain point, but because of many words that can help them move forward.
This thought made me take the perspective I need, and get excited about my blog.
And this is how all of us came to this course- because of your enchanted writing.
Thank you Henneke for a wonderful first module 🙂
